Digital Sales Executive

Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and performance incentives

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Sales Executive to drive new business through consultative selling and high-volume prospecting. This role is ideal for someone energized by outbound sales, clear performance metrics, and the opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales process from prospecting through close
  • Identify and develop outbound opportunities across multiple industries nationwide
  • Execute high-activity outreach, including:
    • 50-75 outbound calls per day
    • Daily email and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs, challenges, and goals
  • Create tailored digital advertising strategies for each client
  • Close new business and partner with account teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within the CRM

Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with account teams to ensure long-term client success
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads generated by marketing efforts
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, evolving technology, and new offerings

Performance Metrics

  • 50-75 outbound dials daily
  • Maintain three times pipeline coverage
  • Weekly KPI alignment including activity, meetings, and proposals
  • Deliver 10 or more qualified proposals per month

Prior digital marketing experience is not required. Successful candidates often have experience in:

  • Sales (B2B, B2C, SaaS, telecom, insurance, media)
  • Recruiting or staffing
  • Retail or hospitality leadership
  • KPI-driven, customer-facing roles
  • Marketing coordination or entry-level agency environments

Compensation & Growth
